1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by KODO Agency (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

KODO Agency provides digital services including web development, app development, business formation, video editing, graphic design, growth marketing, and strategic coaching. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Packages are billed as one-time payments unless otherwise specified. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a project has not been started, a full refund may be issued within 7 days of purchase. Once work has begun, partial refunds may be offered based on work completed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables and assets created as part of a project are transferred to the client. KODO Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

KODO Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website and services is used solely for providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
